Structured a successful $200M transaction for University of Chicago in which the University purchased land and buildings owned by Chicago Theological Seminary (now U of C’s Economics department) and developed a new campus for CTS in an alternate location. Served as Project Manager to University of Chicago on additional projects, including the evaluation of proposals to construct a new $80M student housing facility, the consideration of a potential new graduate school campus in China, and evaluat

Completed a development feasibility study, analyzing the viability of options for an $300 million off-campus mixed use development. Performed market, financial and public-sector analysis focused on the attainment of a public-private partnership to ease University balance sheet impacts.

Led a 501(c)3 non-profit solicitation for the Oak Street West project, ultimately structuring an additional $40 million in residual cash flow to UMKC without losing the design elements required by the University.

Developed a strategic plan for development of one of the world’s leading automotive research centers. Performed research on the global automotive industry to determine major trends and how they are affecting the global demand for automotive research and development space. Crafted a deliverable that detailed global and North American automotive trends, shifts in research and development efforts and spending, and areas of potential opportunity for CUICAR.

Studied development options available for new student housing on multiple PSU campuses. Performed detailed financial and tiered financing analyses, ultimately recommending multiple project which are currently under development.
