Background
Firm Principal Julia Kirsch has over 15 years' experience advising on asset monetization transactions and public-private partnerships for commercial real estate clients. Julia spent 7 years co-leading JLL's Public Institutions team in Chicago, then acted as a corporate consultant for JLL London's global clients. Since 2015, KTC has served clients including the CTA, DFW Airport and Washington University in St. Louis, on teams led by SOM, HOK and SCB.

KTC provides commercial real estate advisory services for existing and planned development, including market analysis, utilization consulting, development feasibility, highest and best use analysis, capital markets/financing strategy, Request for Proposal (RFP) development and proposal evaluations/contract negotiations.
